Phase Change Type
Thermally Conductive Sheet

Therm-A-Sheet, PC series is a phase
change type thermally conductive sheet.
The sheet is easily applied by peeling
off the separator and pressing it onto
the substrate and provide adhesion.
Only applying between hot electronic
components and heat sink, excellent
heat-spreading effect is available.

The terminal obstacle of silicone rubber

Silicone rubber carries out the polymerization of the siloxane of a low molecular weight by
the ring- opening-reaction in a catalyst, and is obtained, as shown in the following figure.
In this case, all low molecular weight siloxanes do not react and it remains a little. The
evaporated siloxane adheres to a terminal and it is considered to change with oxidization
by the heat of a spark to a silica (SiO2) insulation layer.
