PZ500 is thermally conductive, excellent adhesive
and electrically insulating sheet.Therm-A-Sheet is
applied by peeling off the separator and pressing
it onto the substrate and provide strong adhesion
with efficient heat spreading effect. AW2014 is a
thermally conductive and electrically insulating
tape. AW2014 is easily applied by peeling off the
separator and pressing it onto the substrate and
provide excellent characteristics
on thermal
resistance and conductivity with good adhesion.
